Originally enquiring in early March for 3 months of contracted cleaning at their temporary facilities, this soon expanded into an additional 12 months at the new premise. Alongside this came facilities management works to get the new premises finished on time. Solutions 4 Health are in the middle of an important move for the healthcare providers and required a quick response, which Rejus were happy to provide.
Starting with winning a cleaning contract at the organisation’s temporary premises on East Laith Gate, this expanded to builders cleans and other works at their new facility on High Fishergate.
The new facility requires a quick turnaround on all installation works to get it up and running, ready for public use. Works that Rejus quoted for and won include; air conditioning installation and ongoing servicing, air handling unit installation, and fire alarm installations and ongoing servicing. This was part of a quick but in-depth collaborative process with Solutions 4 Health to find the right maintenance package to set up
Alongside this is the now completed electrical wiring. The new unit, housed inside of a larger building, needed to be fully wired and set up for public use. Necessary works include striping out exposed circuits with potential live ends, then adding new circuits ready for Rejus to fit lighting and emergency lighting. These goes in tandem with the above-mentioned installation works to make the building safe and comfortable for staff and clients.
The quoting for ongoing FM works is now in progress.
The afformentioned cleaning package agreed upon is for multiple cleaning operatives to visit the site 4 times a week, providing their services across three floors of the clinic and the main reception. This was agreed upon for a 3-month term and includes a regular supply of consumables for Solutions 4 Health.
Agreed upon consumables include mini jumbo toilet rolls, hand sanitisers, and Anti Bac foam soap.
Multiple areas of the Rejus business are working together to provide Solutions 4 Health with a bespoke maintenance package that helps to keep them operational during this move. We’re proud to also be playing our part in establishing their new premises at High Fishergate and look forward to continuing our work with them.
