Finished on Christmas Eve, Rejus is proud of the results of this fast turnaround dilapidations project. We're sharing some before and after images of this South Normanton office building.
Rejus has recently been working on this fantastic project, responding to a customer's urgent need. We transformed this dilapidated office building back into a useable and good as new property for the landlord.
Everything has been stripped out, redecorated, recarpeted, all services tested and certified, before being cleaned.

Having been on site supervising the project, Mathew Lynds shared this statement to social media:
"Delighted to have completed this dilapidations contract on Christmas Eve.
It's been a complicated project to wrap up with Covid and Christmas, while running several other projects across the UK, but we managed thanks to our wonderful team and subcontractors.
We returned the property to the landlord as good as new. We were on time, on budget and safe. Customer and Rejus relationships keep getting stronger!"
