Rejus Employees of the Year 2021

Rejus celebrates our employees of the year, who have done fantastic work over a variety of sites and sectors. Spokespeople from Hill House, Keltbray, DCLT, and Atherton Godfrey provide their comments.

Employee #1: John Harper

"For a number years Leanne has been part of the Rejus cleaning team which looks after Atherton Godfrey’s Doncaster town centre offices used by clients, visitors and over 120 staff.

She gets on well with staff at all levels and has a great rapport with our IT & Facilities team.

She has been very reliable and trustworthy, essential when she is looking after the premises of a solicitor’s practice.

If any issues arise during the course of her shift she is able to her use her judgement to deal with problems herself or to refer them to AG staff as needed.

She is really sensible in applying rules and instructions, so for example if she feels some rubbish left out for disposal might require confidential shredding she will ask staff or leave a message for the person concerned to check.

Leanne will put herself out to avoid leaving AG in the lurch. For example if there is a problem on setting the alarm system when the cleaners leave the premises, typically she will stay until the problem is fixed. She is able to help her team members with any queries or issues which they may raise.

Her attendance has been exemplary and it is great to know that the cleaning service is going to be undertaken reliably every evening.

She has a really positive approach to her work and just gets on with things."

Employee 3: Anna Jansinska

Site: A Large Distribution Centre in Docaster

"Anna has been part of Rejus for 9 years, she’s currently based at a large distribution centre as part of a cleaning team. She’s been consistently reliable, punctual, hardworking, and efficient both as part of a team and as an individual.

She’s always happy to help out and cover for other cleaners whenever she can, even away from her main site. Visitors at the centre site often comment on how clean it looks, and we’d like to say thank you for all the hard work she’s done."
